Admission Process

  1. Our academic year runs from April to March.
  2. Interested individuals can obtain the prospectus and registration forms from the school counter during designated office hours.
  3. Incomplete forms lacking necessary documents or information will not be accepted.
  4. The list of shortlisted candidates and interview dates will be posted on the school notice board. Failure to respond on the designated date will result in the forfeiture of admission opportunity.
  5. Decisions made by the school’s selection committee for admissions are final. Letters of recommendation or external influence will not be considered.

For Pre-Primary Classes:

Admission for young learners will be based on an early bird basis and seat availability.

  • Nursery: 3+ years
  • LKG: 4+ years
  • UKG: 5+ years

– An interactive session will be conducted with the child.

– Admission will adhere strictly to the child’s age group.

– Submission of the child’s Municipal Corporation/Kutumb Register-issued Birth Certificate is mandatory during admission.

 

For Primary Classes (I-V):

Admission requires a written English, Hindi, Maths, and EVS test.

For Junior/Senior Classes (IV onwards):

Admission involves a written test and interview in English, Maths, Science, and Social Studies.

(Note: The entrance test will align with the curriculum of the preceding class.)

Essential Documents at Admission:

– Two recent passport-size photos of the candidate.

– Xerox copy of the Report Card (Mark Sheet) or qualifying examination.

An original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is compulsory.

(Note: Changes in the recorded date of birth will not be accepted once registered in the school’s scholar register.)

Fee Regulations:

  1. All fees must be paid within specified dates:

                        – 1st Installment: July 1 to 20

                        – 2nd Installment: September 1 to 20

                        – 3rd Installment: November 1 to 20

                        – 4th Installment: January 1 to 20

  1. Pay-in-slip booklets can be obtained from the school office for Rs. 30.00 per book. Details must be accurately filled.
  2. Fees are to be deposited at the bank or school counter according to school guidelines.
  3. Registration and admission fees for a specific year are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  4. Fee revisions may occur based on relevant factors, but changes won’t take place during the academic year, except under extraordinary circumstances.
